Dr. Larry S. Persons — Director of Executive Development | JacksonGrant Executive
Author of the groundbreaking book, The Way Thais Lead, Dr. Larry Persons was born in Thailand and has exceptional command of the language and an insider’s understanding of Thai culture. He is a leadership development expert specialising in cultural intelligence, executive coaching, and winning the hearts of Thais in the workplace. He holds a PhD in Intercultural Studies and has taught as a visiting professor of ‘Cultural lntelligent Leadership’ at Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University.

Mrs. Nadya Kalwa — Head of Russian Relations | ImagineHealth
Mrs. Nadya Kalwa is a Cross-cultural Consultant, International relations specialist, and Higher education expert with over 15 years of international experience. She supports organizations and professionals in navigating global collaboration, with expertise in international education, management, healthcare accreditation, and corporate environments. With extensive experience working with EU and ASEAN universities and global organizations, she develops workshops, training, and research initiatives that bridge cultural gaps and strengthen cross-border cooperation. She is currently pursuing a PhD at Mahidol University’s Research Institute of Asian Languages and Cultures. Her research examines cultural competence in healthcare, focusing on Thailand and Russia in the context of international medical tourism
