A Taste of Italy — Bangkok GRAD 2nd Anniversary Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok — Residence Room 305, M Floor
Around 60 guests from Thailand, Russia and Bangkok’s wider international business community joined Bangkok GRAD and TRCC for a memorable evening of regional Italian cuisine, carefully paired wines and meaningful connections.
Organised by Bangkok GRAD Business Club with the support of the Thai-Russian Chamber of Commerce, the event brought together members, partners and friends from the Thai, Russian and wider international business communities. After more than six weeks of preparation and coordination, the evening offered a warm and relaxed setting for new connections, meaningful conversations and shared experiences.
TRCC extends special recognition to TRCC President Vitaly Kiselev and Vanida Kho for their work in organising and coordinating the evening, as well as to Diego Sala for developing the original concept behind the dinner.
Chef Gabriele Olivieri created a culinary journey through Italy’s regional traditions. From Emilia and Piemonte to Veneto, Tuscany, Sardinia and Puglia, each course reflected a different part of Italy and was paired with a wine from the corresponding region.

Our special thanks go to Marc-Andre Muller and Marco Penna for their expert presentations and for introducing the wines selected to complement Chef Gabriele’s signature dishes.

Although Italian cuisine and wine were at the heart of the evening, the event was ultimately about bringing people together. Good food, thoughtful wine pairings and excellent company created a welcoming atmosphere in which friendships were strengthened, new connections were formed and Bangkok GRAD’s important milestone could be celebrated.
Congratulations to Bangkok GRAD Business Club and all its members on their second anniversary. We also warmly congratulate Egor Glukhov on becoming the new President of Bangkok GRAD and wish him every success in his new role. TRCC was delighted to support this memorable evening and looks forward to many more opportunities for our communities to come together.
