Zeotech supports Agri-Food Talent Camp during TRCC’s Sisaket visit
Zeotech participated as a Gold Sponsor in Agri-Food Talent Camp 2026 during a Sisaket visit that brought together youth skills, organic farming and agricultural trade discussions.
The company was represented by Vitaly Kiselev, President of the Thai-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Managing Director of Zeotech International. Speaking at the camp’s opening ceremony, he emphasised the importance of developing agricultural skills among Thai youth, particularly in modern organic farming, which he said was attracting growing interest in Thailand and the wider region.
Connecting young people with the agri-food sector
The full camp programme ran from 18 to 21 October at Sisaket College of Agriculture and Technology. Organisers included the Education & Skills Committee of the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT), Sisaket Chamber of Commerce and the college. The organisers’ presentation listed 108 student participants: 48 from 16 schools and 60 first-semester college students. A further 12 college students supported the programme as assistants.
Beyond the camp itself, the programme sought to build lasting links between businesses, vocational colleges and universities. Bringing employers and educators together was intended to help teaching reflect the skills needed in the workplace.
Organic agriculture and professional experience
In his address, Kiselev referred to Zeotech’s recent involvement in organic agricultural projects in Thailand and highlighted the Thailand–Russia Cocoa Project. TRCC and King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) signed a memorandum of understanding on 9 April 2026 to launch the project and support an organic cacao research and development centre. The project envisages organic cocoa production and processing centres in Chiang Mai, Chumphon and Nakhon Si Thammarat, connecting Thai agricultural expertise with Russian market demand.
Kiselev also presented Alabuga Start, an initiative of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone in Russia’s Republic of Tatarstan. He described it as an opportunity for young Thai women to gain professional experience and develop skills in hospitality, interior finishing, machine operation and logistics.
Linking Sisaket’s agriculture with international markets
The visit also included dialogue with provincial and business representatives. According to Siamrath, Sisaket Governor Anurat Thamprajamjit and the provincial chamber convened the Sisaket International Agriculture & Future Cooperation Roundtable at the college on 20 October, bringing together JFCCT, TRCC, government, business and educational institutions.
Participants exchanged information on buyer requirements, pricing, packaging, logistics and export opportunities. They also explored cooperation in processing, agricultural technology, food innovation, research and youth skills. The talks were intended to identify proposals for feasibility studies and market testing.
