TRCC Executive Committee Meeting No. 3/2024 Successfully Held
On June 26, 2024, the Thai-Russian Chamber of Commerce (TRCC) held its third Executive Committee Meeting of the year at the CP Tower in Bangkok. The meeting featured several important agenda items, including the introduction of new members, the election of key positions, and the adoption of the agenda and minutes from the previous meeting.
During the elections, it was unanimously decided that Vitaly Kiselev would continue his role as President of the TRCC. Nikita Derkach retained his position as Vice-President, and Mr. Uran Kleosakul was elected as the second Vice-President. Other key positions such as Executive Director and Treasurer were also confirmed.
Key activities and future events were discussed, including the Bangkok Mega Show in July, a logistics seminar, a legal issues seminar on Thai-Russian trade, the BRICS chambers fair in October, the Thai-Russian IT Forum in November, and a retreat meeting in September. The committee also discussed updates to the TRCC website and the introduction of a new service providing in-depth information on Russian companies.
TRCC's Active Participation in Events (April - June 2024)
Throughout the past quarter, TRCC members have been actively involved in numerous events, underscoring the Chamber's dynamic presence in the business community:
On April 24, TRCC President attended the JFCCT Presidents' Council Meeting at the Board of Trade of Thailand.
May saw participation in several significant events, including the BRICS Cultural Night and an informal luncheon meeting with key industry leaders.
In June, TRCC continued its active engagement with events like a round table discussion on economic diplomacy, a congratulatory message for Russia's National Day, and various consultative and dinner meetings with business and political leaders.
These activities reflect TRCC's commitment to fostering Thai-Russian business relations and supporting its members through a wide range of initiatives and events.
