New Year greeting to H.E. Dr. Kirill Barsky, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Thailand

On Thursday January 14th, 2016, Dr. Sombat Thiratrakoolchai, President of the Thai-Russian Chamber of Commerce (TRCC) had the privilege, on behalf of TRCC, to give a warm greeting toward 2016 to H.E. Dr. Kirill Barsky. The meeting took place at the Embassy where His Excellency and the President of the Thai-Russian Chamber of Commerce had discussed about potential initiatives from both the Embassy and The Thai-Russian Chamber of Commerce (TRCC) in 2016.
